In business since 2005, Creative Scripts Compounding Pharmacy is THE ORIGINAL compounding-only pharmacy in Naples and Collier County. Owned and operated by Naples natives and Doctors of Pharmacy, husband and wife Jerry and Lisa Meloche use their combined 33 years of professional experience to answer your questions and solve your unique problems. Having grown up in Naples, we are woven into the fabric of this beautiful Neapolitan community and culture. We are involved in local organizations, such as the Gulfview Middle School School Advisory Council and the Corvettes of Naples, and we spend our free time enjoying many of the activities that Southwest Florida and Naples has to offer. We live here, work here, and play here.
Jerry Meloche, Pharm.D.
Jerry Meloche, Pharm.D., owner and compounding pharmacist of Creative Scripts Compounding Pharmacy, was born and raised in Naples, FL. He graduated from Lely High School in 1989 and graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy in 1999. He met his wife, Lisa, in pharmacy school and was married in 2000. After working as a retail pharmacist at Harrington’s Professional Arts Pharmacy for 5 years and opening their compounding pharmacy, he purchased it, and Creative Scripts was born. Since then, he has been certified in Bio-identical Hormone Restoration Therapy (BHRT) and veterinary compounding. He enjoys playing racquetball, fishing, kayaking, and spending invaluable time with Lisa and their son.
Lisa Meloche, Pharm.D.
Lisa Meloche, Pharm.D., owner and compounding pharmacist at Creative Scripts Compounding Pharmacy, was born in Miami, FL and moved to Naples a few years later. She graduated from Naples High School in 1987, received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!!), and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 2000. Through the years, Lisa has worked at Naples Community Hospital as a pharmacist, as well as several retail pharmacies in the area before joining her husband Jerry at Creative Scripts as a full time compounding pharmacist in 2010. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercise classes, playing tennis, and bike riding.
Diana Vallejo, CPhT
Diana Vallejo, CPhT, was born in tropical Miami, FL and moved to Naples, FL in June, 2016. Diana graduated from Miami Senior High School in 1997, and then attended Everest University in Miami where she graduated as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in 2013. Before coming to Creative Scripts, Diana worked at Universal Arts Compounding Pharmacy in Hialeah, FL for 2 years. When she is not spending time with her daughter, Diana enjoys shelling on the beach and fishing with her boyfriend.
Michaela Martin, CPhT
Michaela Martin, CPhT, was born in sunny Naples, FL and raised in the Bonita Springs and Naples area. She graduated from Estero High School in 1992, and started working as a pharmacy technician at Wal-Mart that fall. Michaela attended Edison Community College, then worked at Harrington’s Pharmacy, as well as Brooks Pharmacy and John’s Pharmacy, before arriving at Creative Scripts in the spring of 2017 with 25 years of pharmacy technician experience. When she is not working, Michaela enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, boating, and visiting far away lands on cruises.
